This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners

A girls semi-fitted dress or top with deep ruffles that run over the shoulder.

The dress version has in seam pockets and is fastened with an invisible centre back zipper.

The top has a keyhole back opening finished with a button and a hand stitched loop.

The top can be made with or without sleeves.

This pattern is designed to be used with woven fabrics such as cotton poplin, craft cotton and broadcloth to achieve the ruffles.
